The Company has a plant at MIDC, Mahad to manufacture Glycol Ethers and Ethoxylates Condensates which are organic chemical intermediates used by industries for the manufacture of petroleum, textile auxiliaries, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, oil drilling, paints, brake fluids, printing inks, leather chemicals etc.

MR. A.F. TAPIA, B.Com., MBA (Cornel University, U.S.A.) Overseas experience in Finance - Marketing.

MR. R.S. KHAIRNAR, BE (Chem. Eng.). Over 18 years experience in Organic Chemicals Industry. Currently Technical Director with Diam.

DR. R.H. TAPIA, FRCS, Reputed Surgeon with over 30 years experience practicing in Bombay. Affiliated to renowned Hospitals in Bombay including the Bombay Hospital etc.

DR. P.A. SHARMA, B.Sc.Tech, Ph.D., with over 11 years experience with various global leaders as Glaxo, Hikal (Merck), MBT (Degussa).
